All Normandie Beach Club’s lodging prices include the following: Overnight stay, weekends 2 night minimum, breakfast, use of beach, boating, pool, tennis and more. Breakfast in Normandie’s CoCo Café boasts of casual elegant atmosphere. Not to be missed! Lunch is available on the lake at Normandie’s Coco Café which offers a casual atmosphere, wonderful sandwiches, soups and a view you can eat up as well. If you are too comfortable on the beach, lunch can be brought to your chaise lounge.

All cabins are newly renovated and offer air-conditioning, TV, studio kitchen area for warming coffee or snacks for the young ones. Embraced by the Adirondack Park, Normandie Beach Club can be your summer home.

Lodging Prices

Prices are based on the European Plan which includes lodging and breakfast; prices are based on double occupancy. The specific price is based on accommodations.

Prices Include: Breakfast, beach, pool, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, tennis and discounted golf (nearby)

Extra fees: Power boats, waterskiing, wakeboarding and spa services, tax and gratuity.

NYS tax is 7.75%, County lodging tax: 3% in lieu of tipping throughout your stay, we recommend a gratuity upon your departure.

Each guest beyond stated occupancy $40, cots and pack&plays are available.

Children under 5 are free.

Boat docking is extra.

Pet Policy:  Normandie is a pet friendly resort that welcomes dogs.  They are allowed in cottages and on the grounds on leashes.  We have two kennels outdoors in the shade where they can be left while you are recreating, or they can be left in crates in the cottages.  We will supply water and feeding bowls.  There are a few things we ask of you.
There is an additional deposit that must be left in case of damages or excessive clean up.
There is a small nightly pet fee.
We ask that you use discretion with your dog on the property.  We can not have them at the restaurant and ask that you not impose on other guests by bringing them to the beach or pool or other general areas.  Needless to say, we all clean up after our own pets.

Check In Time is from 3:00-8:00PM Late arrivals must be pre-arranged.

Check Out Time is 11:00AM

We do not accept arrivals or departures on Saturdays. Weekends have a 2 night (Fri. & Sat.) minimum.

Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required, the balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations received more than 30 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $200 handling fee.

Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance will only be refunded, less the $200, if we are able to re-rent your cottage.

Please understand that we can not make exceptions to the above as we will have turned others away.
